• For weddings- Make sure the marriage license is signed and given to the officiant. After service, given to Father of the Bride or placed in the bridal hotel room or specified location

• Detail placement of any ceremony and reception items such as guest book, unity candles, place cards, favors, toasting flutes, menu cards and centerpieces

• Provision of complete event  emergency kit  including sewing kit, stain remover, etc

• Gather and take down any and all event personal items and assist with packing so designated family member can secure in car

• Secure cards with person of your choice as soon as reception begins.

• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of client

$2000.00 deposit at signing of contract; balance due in separate payments with final payment 4 months prior to wedding date.
